Shipping is only available for the 48 contiguous United States or for AP/FPO addresses. Orders are shipped using USPS Priority or UPS Ground at shipper’s discretion unless you choose UPS 2nd day or UPS 3rd day. Note that orders shipping to AP/FPO can only be shipped standard shipping. Gift cards are mailed USPS and will not incur any shipping charges. Orders will ship the next business day after order is received. You will receive an email with tracking information once order is shipped. Curbside pick-up is only available during regular store hours. If your order qualifies for free limited local delivery, choose the curbside pick-up and contact the store at 405-360-0765. Delivery is not available on weekends or holidays.

Returns

We have a 15 day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. Note that holiday-themed merchandise, clearance items, Black Friday items, perishables (food, coffee, tea), gift cards and special orders are not refundable or exchangeable.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

All items ordered between November 15th and December 25th must be returned by January 31st. See exceptions above. Please email or call us in advance to let us know that you will be returning an item. Merchandise must be in the condition in which it was received: unused, with tags and in its original packaging. Please pack all items carefully in original package to avoid damage during return transit. Insure the package with carrier for your protection. In the event of breakage or loss during the return process, no credit will be issued and you will be responsible for filing a claim with the carrier. Upon inspection of return, we will notify you if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we will issue a credit upon receipt of item via the same form of payment used when the original order was placed. Shipping will not be refunded. Some exceptions may occur at store’s discretion. Please feel free to contact us with any questions.
