Dustin Bagnaro -
Dustin's culinary passion was ignited in Oklahoma, where he was born and raised. He started his journey in 1992, working alongside his family in their catering business. This early experience laid the foundation for a career that would take him from the Rocky Mountains to the heart of Texas.
In 2001, his culinary journey truly took off when he moved to Fort Collins, Colorado. He quickly made a name for himself, climbing the ranks of local restaurants before securing the position of Chef de Cuisine at Bucca Wine Bar. Seeking to further refine his craft, he moved to Austin, Texas, in 2006, where he earned a degree from the renowned Le Cordon Bleu while serving as Chef de Cuisine for the 30th Street Restaurant Group.
He brought his talents back to Oklahoma City in 2009, making an impact as the Chef at both Deep Fork and The Renaissance. From there, he shifted his focus to the supply side of the industry, dedicating eight years to US Foods as a Produce Specialist and later as a "Food Fanatic" Chef, sharing his expertise with other culinary professionals.
Today, Dustin continues to dedicate himself to his culinary craft, his community, and his family. He works as a private chef, assists his partner, Sarah McAnally, with her tree service company, and volunteers as a firefighter for the Sooner Fire Department in Logan County. Through it all, he is the proud father of three boys and a bonus daughter.
