Ankarsrum Assistent Original - Basic package
The basic package for Ankarsrum Assistent Original contains everything you need to get started: a 7-liter stainless steel bowl, roller, dough knife, dough scraper, dough hook, proofing lid, 3.5-liter mixing bowl, balloon whisks, single wire whisks and a recipe book.
