Ginger is sourced from 2 locations which is stated on the label. Fijian ginger is darker in color and has a spicier bite to it. Ginger sourced from China is lighter and more yellowish in color and just as delicious! These sheer, delicate slices of pickled ginger contain none of those nasty artificial dyes, sweeteners or preservatives. And that’s not even the best part.
